SolaROC Powered Basement Vents

Protect your investment with a powered foundation vent.

Remove moist and unhealthy air out the crawl space with the SolaROC Powered Foundation Vent. Foundation vents prevent mold, wood rot and mildew. The humidity controlled fan motor will quickly remove the moisture content in the crawl space. 

The installation is quick and easy, remove the old screen and click the Powered Foundation Vents in placed. No drilling, nailing or screwing required. Set the humidity level between 20% - 80% and plug the 6 feet long cord into a nearby outlet. The fan motor will turn automatically on when the humidity in the crawl space reaches the set point. The automatic thermostat turns the motor off at cold temperatures.

Bring air circulation in the crawl space and help eliminate:

• Moisture content.
• Mold.
• Fungus destroying your house.
• High humidity.

The fan replaces 6000 cubic feet/hour. For large crawl spaces two or more power vent maybe required.  To calculate how many power vent are required for your crawl space:

• Measure your crawl space length, width and height in feet.
• Quantity power vents = (length [ft] x width [ft] x height [ft] x 4) / 6000.

The Powered Foundation Vents are ideal for replacement or in new construction with the ‘No Tool’ installation. Replace the ‘aluminum screen insert’ in a steel frame with a power vent.
