Changes and Returns
Cancelling an Order
If you would like to cancel an order please do so as soon as possible. You may call us at 866-678-6738. Once your order has shipped, or a custom order has been started we may not be able to cancel and your order will be subject to our return policy that is outlined below.
Return Policy
SolaROC sells
a wide variety of items; you must contact us before returning any item
for any
reason. We do accept most items for return or exchange but
SOME items will
be subject to a restocking and/or handling charge. Shipping charges and
freight
are non-refundable. On freight shipments, you will be responsible for
the actual
freight charges, both to you and back to us.
Items that have been used,
altered, scratched, disassembled, or otherwise made non-resalable may
not be
accepted for return or exchange.
If an item was a
special order or custom order, it can not be returned. All
returned
items must be in original clean and resalable condition, and contain
the
original packaging.
If you have questions or concerns, or you need to
return your item(s) after receiving them, please contact us at
866-867-6738. If we
make an error
with your order, we will most certainly do whatever is necessary to
correct the
problem. We want you to be satisfied with your
purchases. Please
contact us if you have any questions.
What If it’s Damaged
You need to
thoroughly inspect your order once it is received.
We take great care in packaging your
order so that it will arrive safely.
If you find damage with your order here's what to do:
If the order arrived via UPS please inspect the carton for damage, and compare the packing list with the contents. If there is shortage or damage, please save the damaged shipping carton. UPS might wish to see the carton if a damage claim is necessary.
If the order arrived via common carrier (truck), please inspect the shipment closely for damages. If any damage is visible (dented boxes, punctured cartons, open cartons, broken pallets, etc), please make sure that either you or the truck driver notes the damage on the delivery ticket. This is very important! Please do not refuse the order!
Please call SolaROC at 866-678-6738 with any questions at time of delivery. We may authorize you to refuse the order in some cases, and can assist in claim filing.
