Orders Shipping and Delivery
Where and How We Ship
Small orders will usually ship
via UPS. Larger, heavier orders ship using common
carriers. We ship
only within the continental USA. If you want to ship outside
the
continental USA please call us at 866-678-6738.
WE CAN NOT SHIP TO A P.O. BOX! We will send you an e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Charges
The shipping charges that are
calculated are for regular, standard shipping. If you need
special
shipping additional charges will apply. Please call and place
those
special orders via telephone at 866-867-6738. Special
shipping requests
may include the following: truck lift-gate service, unloading charge,
express
delivery, guaranteed delivery, return receipt, and delivery outside the
contiguous 48 United States.
If, after your order has shipped via
common carrier, you wish to make changes – such as shipping address,
you will be
responsible for all re- consignment and all re-delivery
charges.
Order Status and Tracking
You will be able to check your order online at www.SolaROCgrp.com. If you have an order in process you will see the information regarding that order there. Occasionally, we may send an order in multiple packages. When this happens we provide tracking information for all packages, as well as details on which items you can expect in which package. There are times when we unfortunately may have to change or cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances such as high demand. If this happens we will notify you by email immediately.
Receiving Your Order
If your order ships via UPS,
we recommend that you make arrangements to receive it at the address
that you
specified when placing your order. If your order shipped via
truck,
YOU MUST HAVE SOMEONE AVAILABLE TO PERSONALLY ACCEPT THE
DELIVERY. The driver will not deliver your
shipment unless
someone is available to: inspect the shipment for damage, assist with
the
unloading process, and sign for delivery.
If someone is not available to personally accept the delivery and the trucking company is forced to re-deliver or return the shipment to us, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS! Remember that your responsibilities include assisting with the unloading!
